We have all heard of Las Vegas and we all know what it is all about. Any trip down to the east coast of America will not be filled unless you actually make sure that you see this city. Out in the middle of the desert it is a beacon of light in the dark and offer so much for any visitor to see. Here are some of the top Las Vegas attractions.
Well, this is really going to come down to what you are looking for when you go there as there is so much on offer. The main thing that the place is famous for are its massive casinos. Here you are able to take part in all sorts of gambling experiences with more or less every game you can imagine. If you are not there to gamble, however you can also take in one of the many shows that will be on at all of the different hotels and theatres in the city. All of the biggest stars of the music industry have played in Vegas and there is always a big start in town.
Another common reason why people go to Vegas is to get married. It has become famous for people jumping ship and eloping in order to have a quick ceremony and tie the knot. The amount of stories of people actually getting married and not remembering it the nest day much be enormous!
But what if you are there visiting with a family? what sort of things can a family do in order to make the trip worthwhile?
Well, one of the coolest things that you can see when you are on the strip is the fountains at the Bellagio. These jets of water will go up to 250 feet into the air and cover an area of about 1000 feet. They are truly remarkable when in full flow and are beautiful to look at. The best time to see them will be during the evening when the sun goes down and the lights on the fountain comes up. There will be many different colours on them and some music to which they are choreographed.
Another top thing to take a look at will be lion habitat at the MGM grand. This is simply a must see for any big cat and nature enthusiast and the habitat where the lions live go up for several levels and allow you to really get up close and personal with this magnificent creature.
In addition to this further wildlife treats can also be found at the secret garden and dolphin habitat. This is a great place to see some more great wildlife apart from just the dolphins, but if you do want anything that can even compete with sea world this is going to be the place to be.
Last of all, you should also make sure that you check out the adventuredome theme park. This is set inside and has all of the great offerings of one of the worlds best theme parks so should thrill adults and children alike.
